Our marketing tools include an optional integration with Canva via the Canva Connect API. This integration is used only by our authorized staff and agents to design marketing emails — it is not used to collect information from website visitors.

What this means

• When a staff member connects their Canva account, we use Canva’s OAuth process. We never see or store the Canva account password.
• We request limited permissions to read design metadata and read design content so a chosen email design can be exported and imported into our marketing composer.
• Canva access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and used solely to access that staff member’s own designs on their behalf.
• A staff member can disconnect their Canva account at any time from within our application, which revokes our stored access.
• We do not sell or share Canva data, and we use it only for the purpose described above.

Your use of Canva is also governed by Canva’s Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate our website and services (such as hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers), and where required by law.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
